How the Hybrid Project Incubator works
1. PM enters the idea/problem to the Incubator for consideration
Common Examples include Syncing Business-Project Processes, reconciling project funding cycle with business funding cycle.
2. Decision for Entry
Common considerations include viability & scalability, duplicate effort, and feasibility checks by Governance.
3. Incubator Activities
- PM/team onboarded and enter the incubator
- Incubator tenants work on their drawing from the resource pool
- Midpoint progress check-in with Governance
4. PM/Team Exit the Incubator
Common Activities include a final report – success measures demonstrated, any deliverables / artifacts, and operationalization (if needed) – leveraging current CoE/CoP processes
